How does it work?

Programme management solutions are tailored to your requirements. We can take on as much or as little of your merchandising programme as you wish, and you can rely on us to deliver. When you ask us to take on programme management for you, we:

Take a brief, finding out what you want to do, who it involves and what timescales and budget you have in mind.
Create an annual plan, or a project plan (as needed), with clear reporting steps so that you’re always informed, every step of the way.
Make product recommendations, and provide ideas if you’re unsure what will work best in your specific situation. We will prompt decisions when needed.
Build in storage and fulfilment as required, and manage that so that you don’t have to think about it.
Provide websites and order handling facilities if required.
